| ORDERING | Please phone us at 1-306-652-2112 (1-866-799-0281 within Canada) ; fax at 1-306-653-4334 (1-877-524-6500 within Canada); or use the order form to email your order. Have the item numbers that you wish to purchase, shipping information, and payment information ready when calling. |
| PRICING | Prices are in Canadian dollars (keystone). Minimum $200.00 wholesale to open an account. Terms net 30 on approved credit application. All applicable taxes will be charged. Prices of gold and precious gems are subject to change with market conditions. |
| SHIPPING | Canada Post is shipper of choice. If an alternative shipping company is required, please supply contact number and your account number for the specified carrier. Mail and insurance will be applied to all orders. As some items are made to order or are imported, shipping will be approximately 1 to 4 weeks. |
| DAMAGES | Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt by calling our head office at 1-306-652-2112 or (1-866-799-0281 within Canada). |
| RETURNS | If any item is received in error, call our head office or email us for a Return Authorization Number. This number must appear on the outside of the parcel being returned. Any parcels returned without the RA# visible will be refused. |
| BACK ORDERS | Back orders will be shipped freight prepaid, when available, unless otherwise cancelled. |
| PAYMENT OPTIONS | - Pre-pay by Cheque, Money Order, Cashiers Cheque (No COD). - Visa, MasterCard - Net 30 terms with approved credit application and an initial minimum order of $150.00 wholesale. |
| CANCELLATIONS | Orders cannot be cancelled after credit card has been charged. |
| REFUSED SHIPMENTS | Refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. |
